For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer Care Credit for healthcare financing. Ask our team about Care Credit and 6 months interest free financing.
We deliver some of the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement once your insurance has processed. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your statement. Any and all remaining balances after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, per the terms of your insurance company. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

If your insurance policy covers more than we anticipated based on the verification of your benefits, then we will provide you with a refund of the excess paid within 7-10 days of receiving your Insurance Explanation of Benefits. If you have paid a surgery deposit and there is a change in your treatment plan resulting in a lower fee or if you decide to cancel your treatment, then we will refund you within 7-10 days. Any refunds for treatment provided will be at the discretion of the Practice.
