Johanna
Practice Administrator
Johanna is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience in quality patient care, operations, team building, and strategic planning. As a servant leader, she focuses on coaching and mentoring her team to achieve the highest level of patient care. Her extensive management experience in surgical ophthalmology has made for a seamless transition into oral and maxillofacial surgery. A lifelong resident of Lee County, Florida, Johanna is also deeply committed to supporting her local community.
Janice
Administrative Manager
With more than 10 years of experience in medical patient care, Janice brings a well-rounded background in clinical operations, patient advocacy, and healthcare leadership. As a former Certified Surgical Assistant, she worked closely with surgeons and patients, providing compassionate care and supporting a wide range of surgical procedures. Her clinical experience has given her a deep understanding of the patient journey and the importance of delivering exceptional care at every stage.
Throughout her career, Janice has held leadership roles across multiple medical specialties, including ophthalmology, neurology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. She currently serves as Administrative Manager, where she oversees daily operations, leads multidisciplinary teams, and is committed to creating efficient workflows that enhance both the patient and staff experience.
Janice’s expertise includes practice operations, customer service excellence, front-end office processes, payroll administration, project management, staff development, and support services. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Her collaborative leadership style, strong organizational skills, and dedication to operational excellence make her a valued leader within the organization.
Renee
Clinical Supervisor
Renee graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) from Heritage Institute in 2015. In 2019, she joined Southwest Florida Oral and Facial Surgery as an Oral Surgery Assistant. Driven by a desire to deepen her knowledge of oral surgery, she returned to school in 2020 to pursue surgical technology.
She graduated in 2022 as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) while earning an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology.
During her training, Renee completed a six-month internship, gaining experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Robotics at Golisano Children’s Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital. She currently provides private surgical technology support for trauma and elective cases at these facilities. In December 2023, she was promoted to Clinical Supervisor.
Stacy, RN, BSN
Nursing Team Supervisor
Stacy is the Lead Nurse and Clinical Supervisor at Southwest Oral and Facial Surgery. With a career spanning more than two decades, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, earning Sigma Theta Tau honors.
At Southwest Oral and Facial Surgery, Stacy oversees clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and implements protocols that enhance patient safety and clinical efficiency. Her extensive experience and compassionate leadership have been instrumental in maintaining the practice’s reputation for exceptional care.
Allegra
Allegra is a Certified Medical Biller and Coder specializing in the oral and maxillofacial surgery revenue cycle. She holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
As Department Lead, Allegra brings precision and expertise to complex billing and coding processes while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. She is dedicated to patient satisfaction, helping patients understand billing matters while resolving concerns quickly and compassionately.
Michelle
Scheduling Team Lead
As Scheduling Team Lead, Michelle helps coordinate appointments accurately while ensuring every detail is correct. Through her leadership, the scheduling team provides a smooth, organized, and reliable experience for every patient.
Yenny
Admin Lead
With more than 20 years of experience at Southwest Florida Oral and Facial Surgery, Yenny oversees all special claims services, including Hope PACE, Ryan White, Workers’ Compensation, and legal cases. Her expertise and dedication ensure each case is handled with precision and care.
