Johanna

Practice Administrator

Johanna is an accomplished leader with 20+ years of experience in quality patient care, operations, team building, and strategic planning. Her leadership style is as a servant leader, focused on coaching and mentoring the team to achieve the highest level of patient care. Johanna’s extensive management experience and success in the specialty of surgical ophthalmology serves her well in the transition to the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Additionally, Johanna is a lifelong citizen of Lee County, Florida, and dedicated to supporting our community.

 

 

Janice

Administrative Manager

Janice has extensive managerial experience in customer service, managing multiple projects, payroll management, front end processes, staff support services and patient care. We are confident that her skills, experience, and professional demeanor will allow her to join our amazing team with ease as she is committed to excellence in all these areas.

 

 

Renee

Clinical Supervisor

Renee graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) from Heritage Institute in 2015. In 2019, she joined Southwest Florida Oral and Facial Surgery (SWFOFS) as an Oral Surgery Assistant. Driven by a desire to deepen her knowledge of oral surgery, she returned to school in 2020 to pursue a career in surgical technology. She graduated in 2022 with certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), along with an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology.

During her training, she completed a six-month internship, gaining experience in various surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Robotics at Golisano Children’s Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital. Currently, she provides private surgical tech support for trauma and elective cases at Golisano Children’s Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital. As of December 2023, she has been promoted to the position of Clinical Supervisor.


 

Stacy, RN, BSN

Nursing Team Supervisor

Stacy is the Lead Nurse and Clinical Supervisor at Southwest Oral and Facial Surgery. With a career spanning over two decades, Stacy has consistently demonstrated her commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, earning Sigma Theta Tau honors, a testament to her academic dedication and professional promise.

At Southwest Oral and Facial Surgery, Stacy oversees clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient safety. Her role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and implementing clinical protocols that enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Stacy’s extensive experience in nursing, combined with her leadership skills, has been instrumental in advancing the practice’s reputation for quality care. Her dedication to continuous improvement and her compassionate approach to patient care make her an invaluable asset to her team and the patients they serve.


Allegra

Allegra is a Certified Medical Biller and Coder, specializing in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery revenue cycle. 

She holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) underscoring her proficiency and dedication to continuous professional development. This commitment to professional growth ensures that SWFOFS remains at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.

As Department Lead, Allegra brings precision and expertise to managing complex billing and coding tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Dedicated to patient satisfaction, Allegra effectively communicates complex billing information, addresses concerns, and resolves issues swiftly. This empathetic approach alleviates financial concerns and enhances the overall healthcare experience.

As the lead she helps coordinate and schedule appointments accurately, ensuring every detail is correct. With her guidance, the scheduling team provides a smooth and reliable experience for our patients.

Admin Lead

With over 20 years of experience at SWFOFS, Yenny oversees all special claims services, including Hope Pace, Ryan White, Worker’s compensation, and all legal cases. Her expertise and dedication ensure that each case is handled with precision and care.
