Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, our doctors manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Our doctors practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from cosmetic facial surgery to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. They can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures.

Our surgical staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting.

The surgical staff at Southwest Florida Oral and Facial Surgery are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who are trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and surgery. We also have a trained registered nurse (RN) to assist in surgery. All surgical staff are ACLS and BLS certified.
